Okay, here's the deal.
I made this picture while I didn't have Corel.
AND, while yes, it is a recolor, I have an explination.
It's Stripes' alter-ego!!!

Streak and Stripes are pretty much the same person, only they're like, almost complete opposites. Straight down to the color.

They're like, yin and yang. Stripes is the Yin, Streak is the Yang. Though, it's hard to tell which side is the evil one. ._.

Streak is stronger in power, has more control over his anger, and is very outgoing, unafraid to share his secrets. That is unless Stripes is still "apart" of him.

Stripes has absolutley no clue Streak exsists. And, everyone that knows about Streak has to keep quiet about him while Stripes is in control. You never know what Stripes would do if he found out.

Special word to change them instantly: Alter-egotist.

I wasn't gonna reveal this until later, but he's gonna be in a gift for a friend, along with some other pictures. So, yea...
